




Does English Solutions provide training at our facility or do we have to send our employees somewhere else?
We believe that like all trainings, they should be held in the same environment where they work. This makes training affordable,
convenient, and allows employees to apply the knowledge that they have gained immediately.
What will our company gain from having ESL training?
With our trainings your company will improve in customer service ratings, communication, employee retention and morale.
How is ESL training different from having classes?
Training is a persuasion of attitude and behavior. In our trainings, we focus on the most pertinent information that employees
need and we implement proven strategies that will encourage your employees to apply that information.
Is English Solutions expensive?
English solutions will negotiate with your company to get a reasonable rate for an ongoing training process. Our trainings on
average, are one hour per week. We allow a 30- day billing cycle, there is no contract, which gives you the flexibility of
rescheduling, cancelling or upgrading training sessions at any time.
How many employees can attend a training?
In order for training to be effective, we recommend only 20 or less employees per training.
How does English Solutions keep employees accountable for learning and applying what they have learned?
We use engaging tactics to keep employees focused. We take regular attendance that we share with your company
management. We use incentives like English Dollars and rewards, and at the end of each session level, employees with good
attendance and who have reached our goal sets will be given certifications of completion. These certifications can be used to
their benefit in order to make requests for a promotion or raise within the company or department.
